NUTRITION ADVICE!

With all the confusing nutrition advice that is marketed on TV or in social media, it’s no wonder why we just can’t get it right! Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated it just needs to be learned. The media states “eat this” and “not that” which sends us into a tailspin as to what choices we should or shouldn’t make. Let’s start by eliminating unhealthy processed foods and incorporating more fruits and veggies. I know that you are saying blah blah blah my parents told me to eat veggies throughout my entire life. My question is, do you know why you should start eating these foods?

The most important reason is to give your body the nutrients that are necessary to fuel your body and feel satisfied. Did you know that these foods have nutrients to feed the body and give it balance and energy?  So, if you are looking to become healthier, why not take some veggies and bake, grill, or air fry your favorites with yummy spices with a little olive oil and cook away! This adds fiber to your meal and don’t forget to add some protein with it!
