Let’s talk turkey about health and how motivation helps us! Motivation is the driving force that helps make changes with behavior. So, you would think that is all you need? Well, in fact that is NOT always the answer…especially when you are starting a program or just trying to be more active and eat healthier. Change can be challenging and sometimes not always easy. Motivation comes in many forms and fashions and the truth is that you just start somewhere! Although you may not feel motivated in the beginning, as Nike states…JUST DO IT! The more you do, the more motivation you will have! Start today even in the absence of feeling motivated or excited and set your goals and stay focused!
